Projects

E-Commerce Development and Optimization

During my tenure as E-Commerce Lead at Kervan Gıda UK Ltd., I tripled Amazon sales revenue through effective operations management, achieved up to 75% savings in logistics, and led the development of an e-commerce platform tailored for small-scale B2B and DTC clients.

Single-Crystal Superalloys Research

At the University of Oxford, I conducted research on Ni-based single-crystal superalloys. I carried out high-temperature experiments up to 1000°C and used SEM for both in-situ and post-mortem analyses to investigate deformation and damage mechanisms. I performed high-resolution analysis of stress–strain curves, providing novel insights into the yield anomaly. My work was published as a Master’s by Research thesis.

Mini Fixed-Wing UAV Production and FPV Drone Pilot Training

Using 3D printers, I produced mini fixed-wing UAVs and conducted R&D on production speed, structural durability, and material efficiency.
I also provided FPV fixed-wing and multirotor pilot training, structured from simulator-based instruction through to live flight operations.

Fixed-Wing Tactical UAV Production and R&D

At Fasumer Tech Ltd., I held team and unit leadership roles in fixed-wing tactical UAV production and R&D activities.
I coordinated engineering and technician teams, implemented customer-driven developments, and optimized production processes, enabling timely completion of the UAV project.
